Develop the maintenance team to achieve results. Planning and scheduling corrective maintenance, preventive and predictive software using MAXIMO. Provide data for production planning and manufacturing, using MAXIMO for decision-making and way of operating equipment in strategic areas of manufacturing (bottlenecks, critical for the quality and production). Monitoring and analysis of the level of maintenance of equipment using graphics and information to MAXIMO, seeking continuous improvement and optimizations. Managment of maintenance team in daily work in the areas of manufacturing. Guidance and accident prevention with the maintenance staff and collaborators in manufacturing performance with direct support and technical guidance in the speeches of equipment. Development of new suppliers, monitoring the news and releases on the market, nationalization of spare parts and technological solutions aimed at excellence in the quality of our maintenance. Monitoring and start-up of new equipment along with training and follow-up after start-up to the maintenance team and collaborators. Development of procedures for maintenance activities and technical documentation for the equipment (check-list, spare parts, AS's and drawings). Project for suitability of items of inventory and obsolescence in order to reduce the effective service to the manufacturing area. Use of Six Sigma projects in equipment bottlenecks by better availability for production. Managment of activities with the Providers, seeking solutions to maintain the level of supply of products to 3M and performing the maintenance of templates within the quality standards demanded by customers of 3M. Control maintenance Buget and application of Lean Manufacturing in the area of maintenance and manufacturing focused on cost reduction.
