Mar. 2013 - Jun. 2014Cluj County, Romania Monitor the welcome and farewell experiences of an average of 100 guests a day including room allocations, reservations and billing, VIP recognition and relationship building with guests; Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop new Reception Agents, many of whom newly employed in the Golden Tulip team; Exceed expectations of guests, handle guest complaints and follow up efficient resolution of all claims registered by both, the hotel guests and collaborators (companies or agencies) to solve in a timely manner and in good condition all the incidental problems and complaints , while upholding the hotel's commitment to hospitality, having an in-depth understanding of the industry, promoting a culture of Quality and Service within an exemplary luxury hotel environment; Responsible for implementing systems, procedures and operational planning (monitor front desk and ensure all employees comply with all security procedures for visitors, assign tasks and ensure an overall culture of excellence within the Housekeeping and Front Office department, through attention to detail, hard work and dedication); Check cashiers in and out and verify banks and deposits at the end of each shift, purchase, track, and invoice office supplies all operated in Oracle Fidelio suite 8 ERP with the following integrated modules: the database clients (Customer Relationship Management – CRM), reservations, front office (front desk), cashiering, rooms management, conference and catering management, night audit.
