Amongst other things, I can help you: * Solve the chicken and egg problem for new marketplaces. How do you acquire supply and demand when both require the other to be present in order to want to use your marketplace?
* Define your MVP. What do you need to validate with your MVP, and what is the leanest possible solution in order for you to do this?
* Launch and iterate your product. Work with engineers and designers to define the product requirements and deliver them in as efficient a way as possible. Implement a build, measure learn approach, and ensure you have the right data in order to be able to make the correct decisions.
* Define and measure liquidity. How much supply does your demand need in order to want to convert; how much supply does your demand need in order to get value from your marketplace? What are the best ways to measure this?
* Define the product-led growth strategy to scale your liquidity, and work with growth, marketing, sales and other teams to achieve the growth you need by building and scaling network effects.
* Mentoring and coaching junior product managers, and other members of the product and technical teams.
* Lead engineering teams, either in house or contractors
* Source the talent to grow your product, through my personally vetted network of experienced designers, software engineers, data analysts, SEO managers and growth managers, all of whom have over 5 years experience working on marketplace products.
