Responding to guest queries and/or concerns as well on the spot problem solving. Daily bill settlement, using direct billing as well as credit card and cash payments. Worked across multiple departments including assisting in on-site events, breakfast hours and housekeeping/ laundry department. Prepared marketing materials for various group stays at hotel. As a small property, it was a very hands-on experience and over weekends, as left in charge for any immediate needs unless situation warranted the on-call manager to come in.
