Business Intelligence: regularly conducted an annual survey to the company's customers to gauge customer behavior and perception. The survey consists of more than 40 questions and has more than 1000 respondents. I also built the reporting processes and data tracking capabilities of the organization from the ground up. This makes me capable of detecting trends and outliers in operations and customer data. 7. Institutional Partnership: formed partnerships with DLS-CSB, TUP, SMBI and TESDA to achieve the following: augment talent needs, increase product development capacity, and provide employment to graduates of tech-voc programs.
