Aug. 2012 - Oct. 2017-Lead and develop a dynamic team of Project Managers, Program Coordinators, Recruiters and Data Analysts through a comprehensive array of systems and processes geared toward productivity and efficiency.
- Drive Team and Operations Department performance on a daily basis by setting clear goals, monitoring, coaching and developing strategies leading to performance improvement and Client satisfaction.
- Review key program/account metrics, the status of corresponding project plans, Client deliverables and budgets to determine the effectiveness, outcomes, risk, scalability and measurable impact of projects.
- Ensure high employee satisfaction and retention of high performing employees.
- Respond immediately to Client/Project complications. Review and ensure implementation of appropriate action plans, and oversee status updates until fully resolved.
- Consistently perform operating cost and budget analysis to make certain that resources are allocated appropriately and company is achieving maximum profitability.
- Maintain a positive, innovative and collaborative environment through the facilitation of team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and team incentive programs.
