As a visual artist, my work is a vibrant exploration of the interconnectedness of life, spirit, and reality. I embraces photo & video art transforming these mediums into physical pieces by the means of acids, epoxy and metals. My work is characterized by a fusion of fantasy and reality, where I depict subjects with luminous skin and radiant surroundings. Born in Russia during a time of profound change, my early experiences traveling across Europe immersed me in the rich tapestry of classical art. This foundational exposure sparked a lifelong passion for art, though life’s obligations momentarily dimmed my artistic pursuits. A sudden cancer diagnosis became a pivotal moment in my life, compelling me to reevaluate my existence and my purpose as an artist. This journey not only ignited my artistic expression but also deepened my understanding of the luminous spirit that resides within all of us. Through my visual art experiments, I aim to capture this essence, employing fantasy colors and ethereal luminosity to reveal the hidden beauty of the human experience. In my art, I invite viewers to transcend the ordinary and explore deeper emotional and psychological states. My work serves as a narrative, weaving tales that reflect the complexities of our daily lives while offering a glimpse into a more vibrant, connected, and luminous reality. I believe that art should not shy away from the darker aspects of existence but rather illuminate them, transforming the ordinary into extraordinary realms of imagination and spirit.
