Intel CorporationAepona Business Unit Operations/Team Lead for NetSuite
Apr. 2013 - Oct. 2015BelfastIn my Business Operations Manager role, I worked closely with internal teams as well as coordinating with an external partner. I maintained an ongoing relationship with suppliers and other partners, acting as their primary contact across internal cross-functional teams. My role also included financial reporting, managing the business systems and operations, HR and resourcing. I worked closely with the management and finance teams to ensure internal business operations are effective and efficient, including managing tools and templates and owning specific project processes, producing monthly reports for the management team to include updates on financials and resourcing, on-boarding of new staff and consultants. I managed the office workspace, ensuring effective and smooth operation, identifying new software and processes to make the business run more efficiently, and was responsible for introducing and managing the aforementioned software and processes. I developed and maintained project plans, utilising existing processes and worked with internal teams on continuous improvements. In this role I worked with a Global Project team on the implementation of NetSuite to other divisions within Intel which required me to travel to the US every quarter, I assisted in the project management and scoping of the project including cost and time analysis. My POC was used in this project and has saved the company time and money. I trained existing/new users on NetSuite and supported NetSuite as part of the NetSuite IT admin support team, as part of this team I set up and managed the NetSuite superusers group. I also created test plans for the new NetSuite release every six months, and I helped to drive continuous improvement of NetSuite and additional functionality requirements.
