ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Identified general principles governing microbial interactions in a nasal microbiota community - to inform the development of microbiota-associated therapeutics. • Discovered distinct gut microbiome and metabolomic profiles for children with clinically diagnosed asthma that experience continued wheeze/resistance to inhaled corticosteroid treatment.
