• manage workflow leading into print runs, performing quality control, mentoring others in team, and ensuring consistent and timely delivery of exemplary material
• coordinate production of ancillary materials, such as audiovisuals
• perform portfolio duties of a full-time editor (see below)
• manage relationships within production team and across multiple internal teams
• act as liaison between production team and external vendors on multiple fronts along parallel timelines
• lead annual large-scale reviews of production policies and processes across various teams
• write reports along a wide range of content areas, for internal and external stakeholders
• edit and create content for many Authority web pages and downloadable documents; mentor other content creators and editors
• advise manager on communication issues
• advise company-wide website team on communication strategies
• coordinate work between the Authority and a parallel project at the Ministry of Education, providing direction, feedback, and hands-on resource in areas of policy and best practice
• manage allocation of copyright permissions for examination materials
• provide technical support on systems across multiple teams; keep up-to-date with the latest production technologies and their utility in production processes
• serve as “public face” of team at training workshops for external suppliers
• serve as “public face” of company at HR training sessions.
