Johnson & JohnsonCorporate Finance Intern
Jul. 2021 - Oct. 2022São Paulo - SP, BrazilIn Regional Franchise Finance I was part of innovation development and post-tracking, portfolio management and data analysis. I worked with the team establishing new tools (BI’s), to develop the current portfolio optimization system that evaluate each product and brand through its performance in revenue and profitability. Together with the market intelligence team, we developed a post tracking tool to display in simple metrics how great was the actual vs the business case data. That helped the teams to assess and improve market assumptions and premises.
I was directly responsible for the update and distribution of two databases with all sales, costs and expenses information at product level. The databases reached monthly over 200 employees from Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales. With an interest in learning more about financial modeling, I participated in studies and verifications involving the development of new products, following the guidance of the Sr. Analyst of the area, generating reports and analysis over the impact of cost and revenue expectance on the gross profit. The main objective of consolidating these databases and tools was so that strategic decisions could be taken in the best possible way.
