• Conducts weekly review with the collections team, including leads, to discuss overdue accounts and identify help needed, escalated cases and urgent issues.
• Evaluates collections team’s activities to determine effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborates with collection team leads in finalizing monthly receivables forecast to be presented to stakeholders.
• Works in partnership with the account management teams to resolve disputes and delinquency issue of top tier partners and customers.
• Submits change request initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams (Cash Applications, Credit Risk, Reporting Team, etc.) to enhance credit and collection functions and business processes.
• Manages key customer relationships to help improve collections timing and minimize unpaid amounts.
• Maintains a business rhythm with the stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular updates on monthly SLA’s and KPI’s. • Consistently coaches and trains individuals to maintain peak performances and engagements.
• Works directly with Credit Risk Managers to mitigate risks on top partners constantly exceeding assigned credit limits.
• Participates and provides support on project launches and ensuring all deliverables by the credit and collections team are met. • Reviews, approves, and rejects requests for Bad Debt Write Offs, Refunds, Service Suspension, Revenue Reversal, etc. in adherence to the empowerment matrix and guidelines.
