Also, oversaw the strategic vision and strategy for talent and organizational capability development for the MFC business area, a $10 billion enterprise that employs greater than 20,000 employees. Accomplishments Included: •Successfully launched a transformative sponsorship program for women and people of color, resulting in a 20% increase in professional advancement within the first year.
•Collaborated across HR/people team functions (talent acquisition, HR operations, Inclusion, COEs) to design and implement key people programs and interventions.
•Led strategies focused on critical talent decisions including organization design, planning, succession planning, and change management.
•Focused on the incorporation of best practices in the future of work and operational excellence within the HR function.
•Led the global diversity, inclusion, equity, and compliance programs.
•Represented the COE in post-merger integration culture and inclusion workstream.
•Embedded data and insights into talent, promotion, and selection decisions, driving data-driven practices.
