- Direct strategic development of Colorado tourism industry’s efforts to promote inbound international travel and tourism visitation to Colorado
- Direct CTO’s social, online and traditional marketing and public relations efforts and manage ROI on these efforts (increased average media/PR equivalency by roughly 156% in 2014 across all target markets)
- Contract, hire & directly supervise the CTO’s in-state and in-market international tourism marketing & PR vendors (Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Panama, & UK)
- Budgeting, accounting, contracting and procurement for annual $2.5 million international marketing and pr budget
- Direct development of all Sustainable and Eco-Tourism program activities
