Jan. 2015 - Nov. 2016I am responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved. I Understand My clients' needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns, often on a daily basis. I manage administrative and campaign work and ensure that advertising projects are completed on time and on budget. Clients: Ackermans, Shoe City and Dunns (Pepkor Specialty group) • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements, above the line and below the line. • Working with agency colleagues to devise a digital advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget. • Briefing of all digital work to creative team, follow up and management of the team with the traffic manager. • Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns • Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification; • Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients; • Writing client reports; • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns; • Undertaking administration tasks; • Arranging and attending meetings and PCA • Handling the website and all social media platform content together with the client and the content team. • Liaising and meeting with the 3rd party media buying team to discuss media buying opportunities for each campaign • Creating UTMS in order to track. • Working closely with the development team to ensure new campaigns run smoothly, new builds are correct as per clients’ needs and bugs are fixed. • Key Account Manager on the build and launch of the new Dunns website. Ensuring that the user gets the best experience from the website. • Managing the update of content on all 3 websites (Dunns, Shoe City + Ackermans) • Ensuring product is uploaded on time and campaigns are live on the website. • Google Analytics reports • Competitor analysis reports • Content management of the Ackermans App.
