Managed several products in the Gas station, Convenience Stores and Proximity Market segments, serving clients such as BR, Raízen, and Ambev, with a team of over fifty people and three coordinators distributed across Campinas, Blumenau, Porto Alegre, and Uberlândia. Reported to the segment director. Main Achievements:
• Emporio Product: Developed the "Empório" product to explore a new segment (proximity market), conquering the Ambev (CBE) operation and integrating with Zé Delivery platform, resulting in over a hundred percent growth in the customer base and seven-digit monthly revenue generation in less than two years.
• Seller Product: Reduced the backlog volume by more than fifty percent, rolled out a new POS across the entire customer base (+1300 clients) and integrated with BR Premmia (loyalty program) and AmeDigital (payment). • Mobile POS: Led the implementation of a fuel and product sales solution on Mobile POS (SmartPOS), deployed to thousands of clients and awarded Product of the Year at Linx Innovation Cup. • PostoFácil Product: Integrated and certified at Raízen distributor enabling this product to enter their branded gas stations. • Captured CAPEX investments, increasing team capacity by over forty percent, delivering strategic digital transformation projects (New POS, SmartPOS, Mobile Command) without impacting the segment margin.
