With a BA in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Leadership and Human Resources Management, I bring a people-first mindset and a deep interest in organizational development to the HR field. My career began in media planning, where I developed a strategic understanding of business objectives, stakeholder communication, and performance-driven execution. This foundation has informed my transition into HR, where my true passion lies in talent management and people strategy. Currently, I work in Talent Operations within Publicis Groupe. While my role involves managing key processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance tracking, I am actively seeking opportunities that allow me to step beyond operational tasks and focus more strategically on talent development, workforce planning, and leadership enablement. I am especially passionate about employee experience, automation, process enhancements and building systems that support growth, engagement, and retention. My academic and professional path has been shaped by a strong interest in organizational psychology, which continues to guide my approach to leadership and change management.
