I joined HeadForwards in its infancy, whilst the company was a start-up. My role upon joining the team was to support the directors in building the infrastructure of the company to assist them in enjoying sustained growth, customer satisfaction and developing programmes that deliver behavioural change. An overview of my role: • Managing the programme development project to improve the UX & UI of the learning management system and front end platform that our customers would be using. I managed the project working with developers and completing user acceptance testing when changes were made. • Using Asana I created the onboarding process for new clients. This included every step within the client lifecycle, from initial engagement, onboarding, delivering the programme, analysing the impact of the programme and offboarding the client. • I created training materials to enhance the participant experience. Primarily to support and promote behaviour change ensuring that throughout the programme, they remained committed, motivated and focused on improving their own life and in turn their approach to work. • I managed the client accounts from onboarding, understanding their needs, planning the dates for the programme delivery and our associates availability. I also delivered the programmes supporting them with group coaching, workshops and 1:1 sessions, I managed the feedback, reporting and end of programme meetings. This saw me working with HR directors and supporting a global workforce, I would manage their day to day needs from the client sponsor and their participants on the programme to ensure they had the best possible experience that delivered upon and exceeded their expectation.
