Thus, I increased productivity time by creating a bash script to automate the billing report generation which was always been done manually. Billing Report (Exim) is generated 3 times a month, which is every 1st, 7th and 15th of the month. Due to the large volume of emails, the amount of time required to generate the report, especially during the first bill cycle is quite long (takes 2 - 3 hours). Manually doing this is very time consuming and prone to errors. Automating the task not only saves production time to focus on other more urgent tasks but also reduces the chances of human errors.

I planned and built system architecture for the Ground Operation Application (GOA) in AWS. Other projects I involed in includes setting up system infrastructure on AWS during the Air Asia Big Promo period. Important components of the overall system during the Big Promo period include Elastic Load Balancing (ELB), and scaling of the EC2 instance types accordingly to support small or large volume of user access into the Big Promo ticketing system. This was done via Auto Scaling. The type of instance used to handle the large CPU compute resource was C4.
