- Assists and participates in user training;
- Troubleshoots the system remotely using the TEAMVIEWER, ANYDESK, QUICK ASSIST, or telephone; - Participates in the configuration of the network settings of the panel; - Setup PORT FORWARDING to establish remote access;
- Prepares products, and software for testing and testing programs;
- Creates macros in the ATRIUM access control system;
- Prepares and guides users on Excel Sheets import files; - Advises the customers concerned on the choice of product to use or any other sales service;
