Organization and Planning: Indian Country Experience: Train local partnership agencies such as law enforcement, educational centers, and tribes on Victim Assistance Program and job responsibilities; contacting agents within AOR providing updates on the Victim Assistance Program and Victim Service Division priorities and capabilities. OCONUS Experience: Train and Assist local partnering agencies such as the State Attorney General’s Office, Honolulu, Maui & Hawaii County Law Enforcement, Human Trafficking Shelter/Community Center, and Child Justice Center on victim service matters within the Victim Services Division of the FBI
Initiative: Indian Country Experience: Liaison and partner with Indian Country representatives within the Oklahoma City Division 37 county AOR; traveling around the community meeting with service providers and tribes in rural areas, getting to know them, conducting needs assessments, and providing the community with FBI presence in case a need for assistance arises. OCONUS Experience: Like above experience within the Honolulu Division and 3 county AOR across 5 islands; Ongoing pandemic provided challenges that made creativity shine with the use of technology.
Collaboration: Core Experience: Assist communities in creating awareness on criminal activity, potential human trafficking, internet fraud, continued presence and visa services, homelessness, and elder abuse matters along with other potential criminal events that can happen.
