Dec. 2020University CityResponsibilities: • Lead PM for transitioning PennMed Princeton Hospital digital marketing technical systems to PennMed University City digital marketing systems (Sales Force, Lexis Nexis, Databricks, etc.). • Had to convert, edit, and create new campaign material, edit, and update different documents related to previous and future campaigns and archive campaigns that no longer would run.
• Lead PM for supporting Medical Vendor Device Profiling and Onboarding for New Patient Pavilion Hospital new construction at PennMed/HUP Main Campus.
• Managed an assessment of the Pavilion devices need to be procured, delivered, deployed, implemented/integrated into current PennMed systems. Reported on over 45000 devices needed to be deployed, installed, networked, and validated. Reports consisted of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Had to create special technical reporting and writing with vendors.
• Managed a total of 6 PMs who worked on getting these devices deployed and I had overall oversight over these activities, devices, and processes.
Accomplishments:
• We had daily, weekly, and monthly meetings scheduled to make sure we identified and made sure scope, requirements, action items, progression of work, along with deployment was all being captured and reported.
• Risk assessments were performed throughout the project engagement and helped identify any upcoming challenges and proposed remediation action items
• We had to work with various departments within PennMed IS and outside of PennMed IS to complete this engagement
• Various Matrix reporting, Excel reporting, and presentations were created and communicated outward stating: Device Deployment processes, projections of devices till Go Live, and required reporting for upper management to assess progression
