Activities: . Define and implement a research strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals, focusing on understanding user needs, market trends, and emerging technologies;
. Oversee the design and refinement of services to ensure they meet user expectations and business objectives efficiently;
. Manage and lead a team of researchers and service designers, setting clear goals, providing guidance, and ensuring professional development;
. Develop comprehensive customer journey maps that detail all touchpoints and interactions with the service;
. Prototype new service concepts and iterate based on feedback to refine these ideas before full-scale implementation;
. Work closely with other departments, such as product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure that the service design is integrated and implemented effectively;
. Continuously monitor the performance of services using key metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement;
. Foster an environment of innovation within the team, encouraging creative approaches to problem-solving and service enhancement;
. Maintain clear and effective communication channels within the team and with external stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned with the service vision and updates;
. Ensure detailed documentation of research findings and design processes is maintained for internal use and compliance purposes.
