Sep. 2021● Sole Salesforce Administrator for 150 active users and 2,000 customer users. ● Completed full rebrand of Production Org and Community Site (formerly WANdisco). Updated hundreds of email alerts, quote templates, automations, users and apps. Worked across all teams to ensure a smooth transition. Secured new naming rights from Salesforce and updated all Certificates, Domains, Redirects and DKIM keys. ● Head of the Salesforce Change Advisory Board with heads of Finance, HR, Marketing, Infrastructure, Customer Success, Product Management, and Sales. ● Managed day to day Salesforce issues across all departments including training, reporting, user administration, and data entry. ● Led Salesforce cleanup project to gain ISO 27001 compliance as a publicly traded company. Removed dozens of unnecessary apps, redundancies, and unsecure user permissions. ● Created and deployed a custom app and object to track data consumptions among customers. ● Reorganized role hierarchy and implemented forecasting module for the executive team to monitor the sales pipeline. ● Worked closely with Sales/Marking Ops to create a new sales process with several validation rules, approval processes and automations to help Cirata have its best quarter ever. Worked as primary sales desk approver. ● Learned all necessary automations without any guidance from previous outside developers including APEX, workflow rules, process builds, and flows. ● Created and maintained flows on all major objects across all departments.
