Maintaining accurate monitoring file for personnel movements such as new hires, transfers, promotions, resignations, etc. Following up the submission of pre-employment requirements by new hires, as well as the reproduction of relevant memoranda for 201 file
Furnishing Staff Committee with the necessary updates, including but not limited to: demographics of the employees, current manpower complement and employee attrition rate
Checking the existing plantilla and incumbent/s for every personnel requisition prior to processing by recruitment
Initiating and recommending for streamlining of employee policies and reengineering of HR-related procedures in order to continually improve the service delivery standards of Human Resources and as means of organization development support. Transition from Local HR System to SAP. Integration of Maybank Philippines HRIS Database with Maybank Group Database thru SAP.
