• Contract Management for commercial and industrial accounts through broker relations in price negations and account maintenance
• Aid in price structuring for online bids or RFP emailed requests
• Conduct market research, manage transaction opportunities, account analysis, prospecting, telemarketing, campaigns, and handle urgent sales calls.
• Aid with the creation of customer focused PowerPoint presentations to be used by the sales team to build customer interest.
• Serve as a significant support to Sales Channels by providing timely, accurate pricing and contracting deliverables to various sales teams under the mass sales organization.
• Expedite sales process to help improve sales, deliver ongoing Account Management while maintaining a high level of knowledge about the electricity markets we operate.
• Manage marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Selected to serve as a mentor, coach and train new employees.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the energy industry, including customers, suppliers, and industry associations.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on marketing initiatives and performance.
