- Established Pull-sales style for domestic market, and expanded the number of customer both in hospitality industries and retail stores.
- Re-organized the overseas distribution partners, mainly America and Europe.
- Developed the new overseas markets, such as Chili, Caribbean Sea, Italy, etc.
- Involved in the long-term projects – supplying the products – to/with celebrity chefs, embassies, the government official, and department stores.
- Improved the logistics both in Japan and China to down the costs.
- Negotiated the various events with the product contribution bartering the brand exposure, such as Kinfolk Magazine headquarters, Rapha Cycle Club Sydney, Formula1 Singapore, etc.
- Managed the tradeshows both in Japan and overseas.
- Received the interviews from variety of media, TV, Web Magazine, Web TV, Magazines, News Papers, etc.

- Developed the overseas Market, partnering the exclusive distributors in Europe, America, Australia/New Zealand, and Korea.
