This is work in progress with new products being added at frequent intervals - Built the registration and training module to comply with IRDA norms - Built the entire back end system to run the business remotely including remote hiring of POSP’s (channel allowed by IRDA to distribute pre underwritten products). This includes a CRM with full service capability, a mobile dialer, deployed a marketing automation tool First Hive to run campaigns and drives in real time. Developed a professional rewards program to drive loyalty - The business is divided in two parts – recruitment of POSP’s and activation once they are certified as per IRDA norms. In our remote model the recruiters sit in our call centres in Mumbai/Bangalore and Delhi and recruit POSP’s across the country. Once the POSPs are certified they are handed over to a team of Relationship Managers who manage and drive business across all product lines. Currently we have scaled to a team size of 125+ people - Engage with the in house IT team on new product and feature development - Liaise and engage with principals to drive product penetration - Drive usage of the tech product, using various engagement methods which in turn drives sale
