I’m currently a student in the M.S. Exercise Science and Sport Psychology program at SCSU. On the side, I’m a Head Coach at The Grit Ninja (3+ years). I work with the highest level ninja athletes, age divisions ranging from kids (6-8) to teens (14-18). From our four gyms across the Tri-State area, 98 of our team kids qualified for Tier 1 Worlds. I’m well versed in the mental training side of athletics, as that’s what I’m studying. I’ve also taken part in communication work, and promoting business. In my first year of undergrad, I was a communications major, in hopes of becoming a sports writer/commentator. I’ve also dabbled in HR work, such as onboarding and recruiting through my time at The Grit Ninja. My passion is individual progression and development. I’ve had experiences in a few fields, and learned the skills to appropriately grow in each. I’m looking forward to working with you!
