Coordinated event components: food & beverage, audio visual, evening events, meeting space layout, etc.
Assist with managing attendee registration & communication
Collaborate on the creation and production of onsite event materials. Day to day client contact, listening to their needs and present ideas and solutions to their requirements.
Created and managed project plans, following up on details and holding stakeholders responsible to successfully execute events within given timelines
Led all production service administration activities for existing and new clients/projects, including creation and tracking of budgets/costings and schedules
Created strong working relationships with Event Marketing team, Regional Marketing Directors, Brokers/Producers, Creative Services, Procurement and other stakeholders to support a best-in-class live events schedule.
Actively support bringing the Creative Vision to life, participating in planning and business strategy execution of events, sponsorships and forums.Manage and support strong working relationships with vendors and venues.
