I am an experienced lawyer specialising in business advice. The results of my work are usually bullet points and tables, rather than multi-page elaborates on motives and various aspects of a given ruling. I strive to create solutions that are conveyed in a clear and comprehensible manner, with full commitment to the interests of my clients, who are provided with a comprehensive support in an ever-changing commercial and legal environment. I am a fully qualified lawyer (“Legal Advisor”) – I graduated in law from the University of Wroclaw and in economics with legal studies from the Scottish University of Aberdeen. My legal interests include in particular: contracts, intellectual property, corporate and co-operative law, as well as transactional and regulatory advisory. The industries I have worked most often with are: IT, real estate and construction, professional sport, industrial chemistry and medicine, oil and gas, energy and financial services. I have many years of work of experience in international entities for which I have prepared and negotiated contracts, as well as reports (including Due Diligence), analysis, litigation documents and presentations. In addition to law firms, I have also worked for investment banks and the so-called ‘Big Four’ – thus I have also gained financial, technological and consulting experience. I am characterised by thoroughness, openness, honesty, concreteness along with a broad problem approach and a good sense of humour. 🙂 After hours I’m a swimming wakeboarder which also sails, skis, reads, plays chess and football.
