I adapted very quickly to converting my face to face customer service skills to online which made me well recognised in my group and was quickly asked to step up into management roles. I had experience with controlling warehouse stock through major warehouses such as IFS (USA), Invenco sending out online orders, refunding online orders, assessing returns, answering customer service emails, working with zendesk, addressing complaints, in charge of ZALA Instagram, discussing and sharing ideas for the business and more.
