Leading teams on a daily basis through art direction of photography on up to 14 sets at once. I would perform in think tanks to develop the next big idea and help drive traffic through social media content. As a film director I would write, produce, direct and film new procedures to inform other teams. I also created a couple of the highest selling gift cards in Target's history.
