Omar is a ( SAFe 6.0 ) Certified Scaled Agile Framework Coach and Program Consultant. He is also a certified Scrum Master and PMP. He specializes in collaborating with Business Transformation leaders including the Chief Transformation Officer, Program Leader, Chief Information Officer, Chief Digital Officer, and Chief Customer Experience Officer. He has extensive experience in providing transformation consulting services with a sharp focus on increasing customer driven value and digital innovation. He works closely with transformation teams to advance modern delivery improvements including the shift to Lean Agile/ DevOps, developing digital models to enhance customer value, scaling enterprise Agility, and overall IT governance. He collaborates one on one with Business Leaders as a Senior Coach and Mentor, and also coaches and mentors delivery teams. Omar’s background also includes being a Chartered Professional Accountant ( CPA ) so he is also able to play an important role in aligning transformation needs with Strategy and Core Processes of the organization, in particular the Customer, Operations, and Finance functions.
