Primary accountability for planning, collaborating, and managing system projects and day-to-day support activities required to sustain the business and meet evolving product development and regulatory requirements (e.g., business process support, affiliate support, change control, issue resolution, audit support, training). Projects were technical and broad-based, requiring interactions with all business users, IT development and support personnel, consultants, and vendors. These projects include new business process implementation, system enhancements, and vendor upgrades and releases. • Led the product development process (new, line extension and product change), its administration and development process needs for the R&D department and its role in the billion-dollar innovation portfolio. • Managed the data required for gate decision making through the development of a product portfolio system, which was used, as the mechanism for translating strategic opportunities into product portfolios where priorities, resources and funding were allocated to generate the most value. Successfully executed to meet the 15% NSV from innovation objective. • Developed requirements, process documents, workflows and data dictionaries for the implementation of DevEx Product Lifecycle Management system. Conducted testing sessions, led training and planned data conversion processes. • Developed the Product Container system (an interim database to hold product specifications prior to converting to a formal PLM system). Wrote the business requirements and managed the interaction with IT. Developed and delivered the training program. • Used MS Excel, Mind Mapper, Visio, Sharepoint
