Mar. 2020 - Jan. 2021London Area, United Kingdom- Initial point of contact for all contractors including onboarding, timesheets, payroll, escalations - Processing and managing onboarding for Contractors including in person, over the phone, and via email - Coordination of processes and inquiries - Contractor escalation handling - Putting together Contracts, Extensions, Termination notices etc. - Setting up new starters and recording finishers - Raising Contractor invoices alongside the Finance Team - Maintaining Contract records and ensuring all processes are kept up to date and to a high standard. - Management of data protection - Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients alike to ensure the smooth running of the contract process - Identify and implement solutions in a timely manner - Supporting consultants - Working alongside Accounts, Payments, and Client Care Team ensuring smooth flow of the processes
