Jan. 2004 - Apr. 2015Dublin• Preparation and management of expenditure budgets for both units, as well as developing cost saving initiatives, designed to improve service and reduce unnecessary expenditure. • Monitor and report on the performance of each of our HD and HHD contracts, ensuring that the services provided are consistent with our contractual obligations, and identify and implement opportunities for maximising the efficiency and cost effectiveness of our services. • Manage renal tender submissions, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Provide market information to the Logistics Team to support HD product forecasting and coordinate with Sales and Marketing colleagues the switch-over or substitution of products when necessary. • Implement and execute value capture tactics initiated at Cluster and Local level • Assist with developing and implementing visions and strategies for our long term involvement in Satellite In Centre Haemodilaysis (ICHD )facilities, and the development of Self Care facilities • Provide expert advice to other Baxter entities relating to the operation and costs of the Renal Care Centres in Ireland. • Management of refurbishment projects in line with relevant building regulations. • Defining, monitoring and reviewing key performance indicators for both units and ensuring these are achieved. • Compiling, and implementing standard operating procedures for the key systems and processes within both units, as well as those required to set up new units. • Partaking in various quality audits and ensuring systems and procedures are in line with relevant guidelines and standards. • Management and procurement of consumables necessary to ensure services are provided at both units. • Management of the administration team at Baxter dialysis units
