Jun. 2016Dallas/Fort Worth Area• Successfully led delivery of five new IAM (Identify & Access Management) systems supporting AT&T consumer, Cricket Wireless, business, enterprise and FirstNet with support for retail and video streaming platforms with over 500 million total identities. • Launched MobileKey, a native mobile application, providing seamless multifactor authentication for AT&T enterprise applications on iOS and Android devices. • Delivered consumer SDKs for iOS, Android and common set top platforms including Apple TV, Roku, Tizen, XBox, Amazon Fire supporting touchless authentication including EAP and IP based authentication.
• Delivered Identity Management solution for consumers supporting forgot ID, forgot PIN, change password functionality.
• Delivered authentication solutions for HBOMax, DirecTV Stream, NFL Sunday Ticket and other high-volume clients.
• Delivered fraud protection including dark web identity detection and bot defense.
• Developed access portal system to manage employee account access and manager review for AT&T systems which integrated with over 500 backend systems.
• Responsible for ensuring all compliance standards (SOX, ASPR, PCI) are met by the platforms.
• Created client support team to educate and aid applications onboarding to IAM platforms.
• Led migration of delivery teams from waterfall to SAFE Agile for security organization.
• Created extensive monitoring and alerting for IAM system to ensure any issue is quickly identified and diagnosed.
• Manage diverse, collaborative teams up to 500 resource who are geographically dispersed with an operating budget of over $60 million.
• Partnering with leadership across the organization to define security roadmaps and implement.
• Provide regular status briefings to VP level management.
