Nov. 2021 - Jan. 2022SwitzerlandSITCIN Project (https://sitcin.org/) The project's primary objective was to develop a multilingual e-learning course on Sustainable Inland Transport Connectivity Indicators (SITCIN) for government officials accountable for data collection in their respective national contexts. The self-paced course was designed for a maximum of 180 minutes and consisted of instructional texts, videos, voice-overs, case studies, and quizzes. The course included essential learning components such as an introduction to SITCIN, its history, rationale, and purpose, as well as a brief explanation of its three-pillar structure. The course also included an introduction to the functionalities of the online SITCIN user platform, a step-by-step user guide, and detailed definitions of all 215 economic, social, and environmental sustainability-related indicators. The project required the creation of a storyboard and coordination with SITCIN Project Management and other International SITCIN consultants to finalise course content. Articulate Rise was used to create a template that adhered to UN design guidelines. The e-learning course prototype included Text-to-Speech (Storyline) and Text-to-Video Artificial Intelligence (Synthesia) technologies; once approved, the same technologies were used to create French, Russian, Spanish, and Arabic versions. The e-learning course has been published as separate SCORM packages to be distributed on the UN Learning Platform.

I successfully spearheaded the development and implementation of a revitalised program of work for accredited learning. In addition, I created learning support and development resources for the student learning centre and developed tools to help students learn in a self-paced environment. Working closely with the internal team, I established standardised approaches to developing online learning content, webinars, videos, and presentations. I played a significant role in identifying, sourcing, and supporting online content development while providing input into storyboarding and templates to ensure accurate information was conveyed. Additionally, I reviewed learning materials, offered feedback, and suggested assessment improvements. I collaborated with the internal team to design clear and engaging learning pathways within the student learning centre and provided advice on content, layout, and potential engagement strategies. Furthermore, I identified synergies across programs, including prerequisites, and managed them before providing access to course content. Building collaborative relationships within the project team, I fostered a strong team environment and leveraged individual capabilities. I worked closely with the compliance and quality assurance team to ensure that all ASQA requirements were met, and I managed relationships with internal leaders to facilitate discussions around program design, structure, and enhancements. On a technical side, I assisted with creating online content and migrating content from Moodle to the new aXcelerate LXP platform, including scoping the strategy on how to track learning experiences without an LMS by sending custom xAPI statements.

Oct. 2020 - May. 2021SwitzerlandeTIR project (https://etir.org/) The OSCE's Economic and Environmental Activities Economic Governance Unit (OCEEA/EGU), in partnership with the UNECE, has engaged me as an international expert to design and develop a customisable web portal. Deliverable 1: The project involved planning, scoping and mapping out the best solutions for hosting and managing existing data, downloadable resources and general information. This stage was achieved by numerous collaborative ideation brainstorming sessions with OCEEA/EGU Unit, involving eTIR international system stakeholders, including Customs Authorities, International Organizations, and National Associations in the transport business. The website's backend development and integration were based on the United Nations Secretariat's standardised Content Management System (CMS), Drupal version 8. Dedicated areas were developed for each stakeholder, consolidating relevant resources, tools, and information. A restricted username and password access area was also created for non-publicly available information. The CMS Drupal was frontend was designed to be enriched with various tools, videos, and webinars in the future to provide stakeholders with comprehensive information on the eTIR international system's operational modalities and guidance on connecting to it. Deliverable 2: The project's second deliverable focused on designing and producing the eLearning platform's primary tool, a video presenting the eTIR system. This video allowed visitors to the information platform to learn about the system and was created in collaboration with the TIR secretariat. The subject and narrative of the video were designed to effectively communicate the eTIR system's features and benefits to its stakeholders.
