In the role of Product Owner, oversaw the technical team, driving effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Leveraged SQL, Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel, MS Project, and Jira to enhance project management efficiency and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities included performing gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and developing high-quality documentation to support training efforts. Interacted closely with internal business departments to translate needs into project requirements, conducting in-depth market research to identify emerging trends. Authored comprehensive RFI and RFP documents, overseeing the entire process and coordinating with vendors like Airbus, Boeing, and IBS to ensure alignment with Turkish Airlines' stringent requirements. Developed a detailed Proof of Concept (PoC) guideline to assess and compare software products, focusing on performance, resilience, uptime availability, and scalability. Regular reports were provided to C-level executives to keep them informed of key project developments. In addition to the main project, led initiatives aimed at minimizing airline operational disruptions (IROPS) and explored Quantum Computing applications to enhance crew pairing and rostering processes. Appointed as the department's representative for R&D projects, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
