Mar. 2016MontrealDeliver professional support services to assist faculty members in obtaining and managing aerospace-related research funding and multi-partner collaborative research projects. In conjunction with the CIADI Directors of Research and Education and relevant members of the Office of Research, coordinate and support larger-scale proposal development, monitor and support the administration of project accounts, interface with collaborative partners and coordinate project deliverables against budget and milestones. - Support CIADI research PIs in managing multi-partner aerospace research projects (schedule, budgets, meetings with stakeholders, progress reports) in compliance with funding agency requirements
- Identify funding opportunities, review proposals, and provide expert advice on the preparation of competitive aerospace funding applications. Ensure grant applications are consistent with agency requirements and timelines. Provide informed feedback, address issues with respect to evaluation criteria, prepare budgets, and assist in the writing of some portions of the grant application
- Market CIADI research expertise to external sponsors and in targeted aerospace events, and represent CIADI at key promotional events
- Organize events to promote/support aerospace research and education at Concordia.
-Prepare content and support the development of the Institute website, factsheets and promotional material
-Prepare CIADI research presentations, reports, updating data, statistics performance metrics
