Nov. 2023European Based, available for travelAs a Global Advertising Production Specialist, I bridge the gap between brand teams, advertising agencies, and production suppliers, overlooking the end-to-end process and ensuring that campaigns are creative and efficient. Key Accountabilities:
- Plan and provide solutions to brand teams on all aspects of production.
- Manage production projects as producer for brand teams
- Manage the negotiation of all cost estimates with production companies including liaison with brand teams and creative agencies whilst maintaining the correct balance between quality and cost.
- Review all briefs and storyboards to assist project leaders in achieving the objectives of the brief within the desired budget
- Deliver better planning of asset production, amplification of assets and production workflow processes
- Develop and manage Project timetables and deliverables.
- Maintain and develop creative agency relationships along with third-party production, post, sound, and talent agency relationships
- Maintain full transparency on all planned advertising production activities (Digital, TV, Print, radio etc)
- Resolve day-to-day issues related to last-minute changes to advertising productions
- Partner closely with internal business partners, such as procurement, legal, and finance, on all aspects of advertising production execution.
