Apply adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies to design and implement multiple experiential learning curriculums in a range of topics across all employee levels. Led the instructional design of the experiential learning materials, case studies, pre-work, and effectiveness measures as well assisted with the delivery and facilitation of multiple implementations of the curriculum. Also Acting as a full life-cycle recruiter for the operations and production control functions while remaining compliant with government and internal regulations including OFCCP and EEO compliance initiatives. Partner with HRG/HRBPs, hiring managers, and staffing points-of-contact at the Tucson, Farmington, and Camden Raytheon sites to complete all steps required for high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting. Responsible for requisition management, strategic staffing planning for customer groups, sourcing, offer generation, background adjudications, security clearance submittal, and onboarding of new employees.
