Creating, maintaining and reporting through the use of project plans, status reports, resource requirements and senior level briefing packs.
Ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with central governance teams and are tracked/flagged if any scope creep is identified.
Ensuring that Risks, Issues Assumptions and Dependencies are accurately captured at workstream level and managed with plans in place to mitigate and/or bring to resolution.
Managing stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective communication, ensuring the right information is reported upward and downwards in a timely fashion.
Working closely with multiple business units including UAT, IT, Comms, Training, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Legal and Client Servicing to ensure full engagement is obtained across the business.
Providing Ad hoc analysis and reports for senior management as requested.
