Originally founded the company to offer Certificated NLP Training and worked alone. As NLP became more established in the business community evolved Brilliant Minds to offer a wider range of Executive Development services including e-learning and virtual solutions. Recruited back office staff and Associate Trainers and Coaches, leading a team of ten people by 2013. Key achievements:
