Sep. 2013 - Aug. 2014London, United KingdomThis exciting and diverse role has allowed me to develop as a professional being able to oversee all areas of the marketing and visual merchandising activities at Lacoste UK to ensure a full 360 degree approach. I have supported and/or taken responsibility for developing VM and marketing for stores and managing media execution through PR, CRM, digital, events and budget management. There were two specific areas which I took responsibility of: Events Project Management Managing an array of events, ranging from intimate blogger events to more up-scale in-store events, trade shows and high profile fashion events. -Pre-production: developing and presenting a brief to agencies, determining key objectives and expected ROI. Building global budget and detailed production planning. -Production: coordinating with all suppliers to ensure a smooth production including photographer/videographer, lights/sound, design/calligraphers, catering and potential artists/performers.
-Post-production: Following up straight after events with press release, official photographer/videos, finalizing budget and reporting back to HQ to ensure the best possible ROI (working closely with PR and VIP agencies). Internal Communication Initiating various structural tools to reinforce internal communication from the marketing department to the retail stores and wholesale accounts as well as the Paris HQ involving: -Internal Newsletter to reinforce the 360 degree approach I developed a clear and concise newsletter - Collating on a daily basis information from marketing and VM to be shared monthly. Follow up with feedback from all stores across the UK with the opportunity for improvement
-Wholesale Guide Book – creating a tool for key wholesale accounts to define critical brand guidelines.
-Retail Assortment – creating a VM tool for all UK and Ireland stores outlining the seasonal product package.
