- Provided general office support including printer troubleshooting and requests, reserving rooms in Outlook, holiday card and gift distribution, keeping the kitchen tidy, managing distribution list changes
- Works closely with leadership and operations teams to create engaging and meaningful events for our consulting staff in the Seattle Local Market (450 employees)
- Manages overall strategy and calendar of internal consultant events
- Arranges details at all stages of project planning, including: conceptualization, stakeholder approvals, budget management, contracting and vendor management, event marketing, event team and volunteer management, onsite execution
- Assists in planning average of 60 offsite events annually, ranging from 5 to 1,200 attendees; including one annual weekend getaway retreat for ~700 guests, quarterly meetings, holiday parties, family picnic, market socials, team offsite meetings and activities
