Jan. 2012 - Sep. 2014As the Human Resources Coordinator I am responsible for performing various tasks related to employee on-boarding, records management and retention, and HR compliance. My main responsibilities are: Receive, process, and distribute employment verifications and other HR employment documents; Verify completeness, accuracy and consistency of data and related information; Assist in the preparation for and facilitate weekly new hire orientation; Support Inovalon associates with inquiries and respond to moderately complex issues regarding the application of human resources policies, procedures, and programs; Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports for management, as necessary and required.
