He has lead the industry through eflex by placing provable customer service statistics, live, on eflexgroup.com Ric has more than 34 years of employee benefits experience. He helped create TPAs such as TASC and Employee Benefits Corporation (EBC) in Madison Wisconsin. He was also a licensed insurance agent for 29 years. Ric helped found the National Association of Professional Benefit Administrators (NAPBA.org). NAPBA is dedicated to training administrators in best practices and grassroots lobbying. Additionally, he served as the Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters State President in 2003 and was part of the Madison, WI CEBS Society. Ric is a frequent speaker and article writer for prestigious associations such as NAHU.org, NAPBA.org, Wisconsin SHRM, Austin SHRM, PACE.org, International Foundation of Employee Benefits, Tampa Bay AHU, Ashville AHU, WI AHU, Florida AHU, and Florida NAIFA. Designations Ric holds include: Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, Group Benefits Associate, Retirement Plan Advisor, Certified Flexible Compensation Instructor, he is board approved in 1998 by ASPA to teach Cafeteria Plan regulations.
