Apr. 2021Nashville, Illinois, United StatesAs the lead for Marketing and Communications, I am responsible for the overall experience of the company to customers, prospective customers, employees, and the market. This includes the approach and delivery of all the organization’s services, communications and channels. This role brings holistic experience design to the NOTS boardroom, making it an intrinsic part of the company's strategy and culture. I work to create and implement plans to promote the NOTS Logistics brands and their products, driving culture, innovation, and ideas to boost profitability. I also develop recruitment marketing, internal communications, and employee engagement programs. Each day I touch some or all of the following, but not limited to: Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan; Market through various channels and segment databases working with data sets; Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics; Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives; Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications; Drive event planning, management and execution; Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors; Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes; and Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors.
